SINANGAg Station goes into franchising!
SINANGAg Station, a homegrown outlet known for affordable yet delicious tapsilog meals, is expanding through franchising.
Instant hit
Started in 2004 by Blu-Egg Food Services, Corp., President Resty Esponilla, with its first outlet in F. Cabahug st., Mabolo, it instantly became a hit and now has 12 branches all over the city, five of which are company-owned while the rest are franchise outlets.
"SINANGAg Station became a hit because of our [high] quality, clean food, affordable prices and we are open 24 hours," Esponilla said.
It started with only eight food items and since then, added 20 more. Its bestsellers include Tapsilog, Bangsilog, Sisiglog and Tocilog. The “silog" meals are priced from P45-65. Because SINANGAg Station has a centralized commissary, it guarantees the same quality and taste of food items in all their branches.
This time Esponilla said they “want to share their business to other people" through franchising of SINANGAg Station. They offer an affordable all-in franchise package which includes renovation, equipment and training. They are eyeing franchise locations in Talamban, Tabunok and Lapu-Lapu City. “As long as location is ideal, return of investment is guaranteed in one year and a half," he assured.
